The equipment supports:
1. Apply different preloads to the battery at different temperatures and then fix the preloads to measure the thickness change in the y-axis direction of the battery during charging and discharging.
2. Apply different preloads to the battery at different temperatures and then fix the battery displacement to measure the expansion force generated during battery charging and discharging.
3. In order to observe the pressure/displacement changes during the battery charge and discharge cycle test, the test needs to be continued for more than 6 months. -
Pressure Table
The pressure workbench is used to apply a set pressure during the battery fixture assembly process and manually tighten the fixture fixing screws. Since the battery and fixture require a given pressure during the assembly process, they are automatically locked by the preset torque value.
