Dust Chamber

The equipment uses a high-power fan to push a certain concentration of sand and dust at a certain flow rate across the surface of the test sample, so as to evaluate the ability of these test samples (equipment) to resist the penetration effect of dust particles when exposed to dry sand or dusty atmosphere, the ability to resist the abrasion or blocking effect of gravel, and the ability to store and operate. It is suitable for automotive batteries, automotive engines, military product machinery and military electromechanical equipment.

Talc Specifications

The dried talcum powder should be filtered through a metal square mesh sieve. The wire diameter is 50 μm and the mesh size is 75 μm.

Test hole

The side of the box is equipped with 2 φ100mm detection lead holes, which can be reliably sealed

Test sample placement platform

Mesh rack, load-bearing capacity 1.5T, forklift space should be reserved at the bottom of the equipment to facilitate the insertion and removal of samples

Platform pulley

The pulley can be moved to adjust the placement, and the position can be fixed with bolts (maximum weight can withstand ≧1000Kg)

Vacuum system

When the vacuum system draws negative pressure from the sample, it can reach -2kPa;

A PU air pipe with specifications of 8 (outer diameter) × 5 (inner diameter) × 1500 (length) needs to be introduced into the studio,
and a PU air pipe quick connector (a set of 5 models) is provided,
which can meet the requirements of 5 specifications of air pipe connection and diameter change,
and can easily pump negative pressure for the test sample;
 (using a large vacuum pump, divided into five connectors, and five air flow meters)
