Thermal Runaway Test Machine

The thermal runaway tester is used for battery runaway tests to assess and evaluate the safety of the product in its expected use environment. This tester triggers the thermal runaway of the battery by heating and overcharging. When the test is started, the data acquisition system automatically records the temperature and voltage data to form a curve record.
Self-developed heating algorithm, equipment performance meets test requirements.
The device supports dual modes of power heating and closed-loop linear temperature heating.
The equipment is controlled by self-developed host computer software and can support customer customization.
The device supports on-site touch screen + remote PC control.
Explosion-proof box or lifting fire extinguishing system can be selected as a supporting device for thermal runaway equipment.
