Short Circuit Test Machine

The battery short-circuit tester is designed based on a variety of battery short-circuit test standard requirements and is required to meet battery performance standard specifications. According to the standard requirements, the short-circuit device must comply with different internal resistance tests to obtain the maximum short-circuit current required by the test.
The new high-current switch (certified by a third party) is used to eliminate the bulky vacuum box; the high-current short-circuit switch has the advantages of low power, energy saving, environmental protection, arc extinguishing and rust prevention.
High stability alloy is used as the resistance material to achieve temperature drift <3%FS, ensuring the reliability of the test.
The equipment has three relatively independent control modes: remote PC + on-site touch screen + remote control.
The equipment software records the data of short-circuit current, voltage and temperature and draws real-time curves. The test data can be exported.
The equipment can complete the setting of test parameters, collection of test data, video recording, etc. on a computer software >30 meters away.
