Thermal Runaway Test Machine

The thermal runaway tester is used for battery runaway tests to assess and evaluate the safety of the product in its expected use environment. This tester triggers thermal runaway of the battery by heating and overcharging. When the test is started, the data acquisition system automatically records the temperature and voltage data to form a curve record.
The independently developed heating algorithm ensures that the equipment performance meets the test requirements.
The equipment supports dual modes of power heating and closed-loop linear temperature heating.
The equipment is controlled by the independently developed upper computer software and can support customer customization.
The equipment supports on-site touch screen + remote PC control.
Optional explosion-proof box or lifting fire extinguishing system can be used as a supporting device for thermal runaway equipment.
