1 Applicable standards GB31241-2022 "Safety Technical Specifications for Lithium-ion Batteries and Battery Packs for Portable Electronic Products" Heating Test 2 Features With the integrated design that is easy to move, it can be used after being installed in place and connected to the power supply. Observation window: A set of observation windows is installed on the main door, using explosion-proof glass. Lighting: 1 set of moisture-proof lighting fixtures is installed. The test holes are equipped with stainless steel hole covers and flexible silicone rubber hole plugs. Safety device: The heater adopts explosion-proof type. The inner and outer boxes of the equipment are reliably grounded. The observation window adopts explosion-proof and high temperature resistant glass. The equipment provides 2 layers of sample racks, and the single layer load-bearing capacity is ≥15Kg. To facilitate the movement of the box, four casters that can be raised and lowered are installed under the base of the box. After the foot cup is raised, the box can be easily moved using the casters, and after the foot cup is lowered, the box can be adjusted to a level and position. Smoke exhaust function: The box is equipped with 1 set of exhaust fans.

Control mode: PID control temperature control mode. The controller PID adjustment has self-tuning function.
Recording function: It can save the set value, sampling value and sampling time of the equipment, and the maximum storage time is 90 days.
The data stored in the controller can be called, analyzed and processed using office programs.
