The test chamber is suitable for high-temperature and low-temperature reliability tests of industrial products. The performance indicators of parts and materials of lithium-ion batteries, electronic and electrical, automobiles and motorcycles, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, scientific research institutions and other related products are tested under high-temperature and low-temperature (alternating) cycle changes.
The high and low temperature test chamber is mainly composed of a box, a refrigeration system, a heating system, an air circulation and a control system.

Insulation layer

100mm polyurethane foam + ultra-fine glass wool ensures that the outer surface of the test box is free of frost and condensation;

Equipment door

A set of manual single-opening doors is set on the front of each layer of the box, and the doors use high-strength hinges and door locks.

Sealing strip

A double-layer silicone rubber sealing strip is used between the door and the box, which is resistant to high and low temperatures, anti-aging, and has good sealing performance

Defrosting device

In order to prevent condensation or frost on the edges of the door frame and door during low-temperature testing, electric defrosting devices are set on the edges of the door frame and door.

Observation window

A set of three-layer (or double-layer) hollow electric vacuum glass observation window is installed on the door. The observation window automatically turns on the defog function according to the temperature of the studio to ensure clear observation under any working conditions.

Lighting lamp

The observation window has a set of moisture-proof lighting fixtures built in to ensure that the test pieces in the box can be clearly observed under any working conditions.

Test hole

There are 2 Φ100mm test holes, one on each side of the left and right sides of each layer of the box. The test holes are equipped with stainless steel hole covers and flexible silicone rubber hole plugs.

Sample rack

The equipment provides 2 layers of stainless steel perforated mesh sample racks with adjustable spacing and a single-layer load-bearing capacity of 100Kg

Heating system and air duct

Heater

High-quality stainless steel armored high-speed heating tubes are used, and the heating tubes are driven by contactless zero-crossing triggering through a solid-state controller.

This can prevent the electrode from falling on the heating tube and causing a short circuit after the sample fails.

Air supply form

The circulating air duct is set on the left side of the studio, using forced air circulation with upper air outlet and lower air return.

The motor, impeller and heater are installed in sequence inside the air duct.

Control System

Thermostat

The digital display touch screen can be used for temperature timing programming and temperature cycle settings. PID microcomputer SSR temperature controller, temperature control accuracy ≤0.1℃ (display range). Temperature resolution ≤0.1℃, minimum sampling time ≤1s.

Temperature sensor

Adopt PT100 platinum resistance temperature measuring body.

Control method

Thermal balance temperature adjustment method. All electrical components are first-line brands at home and abroad, using French Schneider, German Siemens, Danish DANFOSS, Japanese Fuji, Omron and other brand series products.

Temperature control

Adopt solid-state relay SSR control and PID adjustment. The heating system compares the real-time temperature in the box with the set target temperature. The deviation signal obtained is calculated by PID and the stepless adjustment signal is output to automatically control the output power of the heater, so that the heating amount in the test room reaches a dynamic balance with the heat loss and heat absorption, and finally achieves the purpose of constant temperature.

It has the function of automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the temperature change conditions, making the temperature control more accurate and stable.

Refrigeration control

Controller + expansion valve + solenoid valve on and off, PID regulation controls the refrigerant flow for cold balance control. Cold balance can reduce the consumption of the compressor and heating system, and theoretically can save 35% or more energy in the low temperature stage. The heating and cooling systems are completely independent.

Evaporator

It adopts slope type all-copper fin evaporator, and the surface is modified with anti-corrosion coating. The evaporator has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, high quality and good economic benefits.

Oil separator

The oil separator separates the lubricating oil from the high-pressure steam discharged from the refrigeration compressor to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the device.

Use the American Emerson oil separator (A-WC/A-FC series, determined according to the compressor) with the following features:

A-WC series is welded, A-FC series is flanged.

Built-in oil filter.

The outer coating is anti-corrosion epoxy powder paint.

Oil separation rate 99%.

Maximum working pressure: A-WC: 41 bar

A-FC: 31 bar

Security

Explosion-proof chain

Install 2 explosion-proof chains on each side of the gate (4 in total) to prevent the gate from bouncing open.

Pressure relief port

There is a 300×300mm straight-through explosion-proof pressure relief port on the side of the box, and a pressure relief door is installed outside. When the pressure in the box is too high or the battery explodes, the pressure relief door will automatically open to relieve the destructive pressure in the box and reduce the impact of pressure on the door. The pressure relief door is connected to the box with high-strength hinges and stainless steel explosion-proof chains.

Safety protection

Grounding protection (grounding resistance requirement <4Ω), overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, overtemperature protection, undervoltage protection, reverse phase protection, refrigeration system overpressure protection, overload protection, motor overheat protection, controller power failure memory protection (power failure protection) and other functions.

When the above faults occur, the test box stops, the control system automatically cuts off the test power supply, and sends out an audible and visual alarm.

35. 

Three-color warning light

A cylindrical three-color sound and light alarm (with LED lamp beads) is installed on the top of the equipment. When waiting to start or running to completion, the yellow light is on. During normal operation, the green light is on. In case of emergency stop or equipment failure alarm, the red light is on and the buzzer sounds intermittently. The color arrangement and appearance of the warning lights are as shown in the figure below:
